Current regulations only allow anglers to keep one fish per day which must be in excess of 20". Although this is the smaller of the two fisheries, this little-known freestone gem is home to high quality smallmouth bass. Everything from limestone ledge rock to half-mile long grass flats can be found on this float. This trip is a must for beginners as well as the hard core smallmouth anglers. At first glance, anglers will be surprised at the size of this water. ![]() At 200 yards average width, it is one of the largest smallmouth rivers you will find in the Southeast. Due to the limited access on this river, anglers should be prepared for a 10+ hour day of fishing. Rates are $350.00 for one or two anglers. |
