			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Well, winter has finally set in. We woke up to a few inches of snow this morning, wind blowing 30mph and 12 degree temps. It looks like it&amp;#39;ll be a short cold spell though. The South Holston is still fishing very well if you can brave the weather. Staying sub-surface is your best bet unless you see heads up. The BWO&amp;#39;s are hatching daily, but the fish seem to be more keyed into the emergers. RS2, BWO emergers, midges, and blackfly larva/emergers are all taking nice fish.
