Yep, you heard it, top water action is still hot right now and their even willing to charge one from 10 feet away. Really, if you love smallie fishing, you need to come see us now. My apologizes to our loyal visitors, but we&amp;#39;ve been spending far more time on the river than on the keyboard. Overall, the South Holston has been very strong all summer long. Consistent daily sulpher hatches have kept the fish looking up, even some of the better ones. If you understand drag, you can catch as many as you want right now. TVA has been giving us good water flows each afternoon from 1 or 2pm to 7 or 9pm  [...]</description>

			<description>The Watauga River has been fishing suprisingly well despite record low water levels and warm temps. We&amp;#39;ve spent time in the floatilla of the trophy section as well as our preferred spot lower in the river. We have had good numbers on the nymph rigs and dry flies, but he overwhelming numbers, as to be expected, have come on the nymph rigs.
